We have a newborn baby, an elderly grandma, and new mom recovering from child birth in our home and on a blazing night, the AC stopped at 10PM. I submitted a chat message on the wicked cool website and instantly was contacted that a tech was on the way within the hour. He got to my house and had us fixed up before my house had even gotten all that hot. He informed me of the benefits of the annual maintenance plan to help avoid emergencies which was an instant “yes” to me. I think they should change their name to Wicked Fast and Cool! read less

On our latest maintenance check, also had our very rusty 30 year+ disconnect box replaced with new breaker and surge protection to prevent condenser damage during severe Florida lightning storms in the summer.

Some companies only care about the initial sale and are hard to get after that. Wicked Cool is not like that ... they are very professional and incredibly responsive in following up to make sure your AC experience continues to be a truly stress-free one.

We had scheduled service checks which gave a great deal of confidence our equipment... read moreSo we’re beginning our second year of being serviced by Wicked Cool with their maintenance agreement. We had scheduled service checks which gave a great deal of confidence our equipment was up to handling the high demand of high heat an unbearable humidity.
We had an unexpected failure of a systems fan. Wicked was out the next morning, determined the problem, order the replace parts and installed a similar fan from a parts unit at their shop which kept us up and running.
They also provided us the exact cost of the replacement costs. Great for allowing us to make certain we had the necessary funds available. I’m not sure how long it took to get the new parts because we had constant service. Our neighbors that didn’t have a maintenance agreement or Wicked Cooling as a supplier were forever getting their equipment up and running after hurricane Ian. They were forever getting service. Wicked Cool Maintenance Agreement has been great insurance.
